If you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe processes your payment. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status but never your card number or payment details.

• Authenticate your account and manage your session.
• Track your analysis quota and subscription tier.
• Improve the service and fix bugs.
• Send transactional emails (e.g., subscription confirmations) — we will never send marketing emails without your consent.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Google — for OAuth authentication.
• Stripe — for payment processing.
• Anthropic — game data (no personal info) is sent to generate AI analysis.
• Render.com — our hosting provider.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics services.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, CSRF protection, and secure session management. Passwords are never stored — authentication is handled entirely through Google OAuth.

Cradl is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
