By accessing or using Cradl ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cradl provides AI-powered analysis of NCAA lacrosse matchups for informational and entertainment purposes. Cradl is not a sportsbook and does not facilitate, process, or accept any wagers or bets.

3. Not Gambling Advice

All analysis, predictions, and recommendations provided by Cradl are for informational purposes only and do not constitute gambling advice, financial advice, or any guarantee of outcomes. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from this Service.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cradl. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

5. Accounts

You sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free accounts include a limited number of AI analyses per month.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Resell or redistribute analysis content without permission.
• Misrepresent Cradl's analysis as professional gambling advice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code comprising Cradl is the property of Cradl and its creators. NCAA names and logos are property of their respective owners. Cradl is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis or data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cradl and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any financial losses from betting decisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Service.
